Do You Know What Delta 9 THC Is?

I’m sure that you probably already know what Delta 9 THC is, but on the off chance that you don’t, let’s talk about it for a moment. You need to have an understanding of what it is, before we get any further into this.

Delta 9 THC is known to be the strain of cannabis that everyone, who’s anyone wants to get their hands on, but why is that?

Delta 9 is THE cannabinoid that’s behind all of the psychoactive traits that cannabis has. Those psychoactive traits are the main reason everyone wants Delta 9, however, that’s also what makes this strain illegal.

Can Delta 9 THC Be Legal Though?

I know that in the above paragraph I stated that Delta 9 THC strain of cannabis is illegal, and it is, for the most part. There are states that legalized medical cannabis, as well as recreational use of cannabis, which is absolutely FANTASTIC, but the numbers are low. Not many states allow this, and it’s still a whole process of trying to get approved for the medical cannabis.

I understand, that’s not a lot of D9, so when I say that there is a way possible for D9 to be legal, this is definitely not what I am referring to, BUT this phenomenal Farm Bill authorizes hemp to produced for CBD to be made and sold legally, is the reason that there is a possible way for there to be LEGAL Delta 9.

You see, if Delta 9 is made and sourced from hemp, then it’s legal. Yes, let me say that again for you Delta 9 THC that is sourced from hemp is LEGAL.
